Job Summary
Experienced Class A CDL driver for Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer lanes. Homes time varies by lane: Local returns home every night and weekends; Regional home most weeknights and weekends; OTR Reefer home most weekends with varied freight across the Midwest and Eastern states. Responsibilities include operating assigned late-model equipment, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensuring cargo securement with tarping, chains, binders, and straps. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
