R-K-Campf Transport is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer positions. Available positions include Local Flatbed (home every night/weekends, routes Pittsburgh-Cleveland-Youngstown/Sharon), Regional Flatbed (home most weeknights/weekends, runs to Chicago/Indiana/Michigan, occasional NC/AR), and OTR Reefer (home most weekends, varied freight Midwest/Eastern states). Compensation includes starting pay as a percent of line haul, with average annual earnings projected $60k-$110k, bonuses, paid holidays, vacation, insurance, and retirement benefits. The role emphasizes home-time options, assigned late-model equipment, and a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
