Job Summary
Class A CDL driver needed for Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer positions. Roles offer home-time options (home every night for Local Flatbed; home most weeknights/weekends regionally; home most weekends for OTR Reefer) with late-model assigned equipment, 24/7 maintenance support, and a pathway to long-term success. Responsibilities include cargo securement, tarping, and compliance with DOT 70-hour rules; operate and maintain ELog; thorough pre- and post-trip inspections; and accurate handling of Bills of Lading. Compensation includes starting pay as a percent of line haul (24–25%), annual earnings in the $60k–$110k range, bonuses for clean roadside inspections, referral bonuses, retention bonuses, and benefits such as holidays, vacation time, and medical insurance after 60 days. Assigned trucks and a team environment emphasize reliable home-time and equipment availability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
