Job Summary
Drive regional flatbed routes across the Midwest, averaging 1,750–1,900 miles per week with 100% no-touch freight and occasional drop-and-hook stops. Operate late-model trucks (2022–2026) with automatic transmission, governed at 65 mph, equipped with APU, inverter, fridge, Wi-Fi, and entertainment systems. Work Monday through Friday, taking home 2–3 nights weekly. Earn weekly gross pay of $1,000–$1,500 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, performance bonuses, and per diem. Receive comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits after 60 days. Complete a three-day orientation in Fort Dodge, IA, including physical and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- CDL A
- Regional flatbed truck driving experience
- Clean MVR
- Must meet FMCSA Requirements
- SAP - must be 3 years from incident and all follow up and return to duty completed
- Must be available for home 2-3 nights a week
- Must be available for Mon-Fri runs
- Must be able to handle occasional drop and hook
- Must be able to lift freight (implied by 100% no-touch freight and general trucking duties)
- Must be able to operate trucks with automatic transmission
- Must be able to operate trucks governed at 65 mph pedal / 68 mph cruise
- Must be able to work with APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi, smart TV, CB radio, and satellite radio hookups
- Must be able to work with late-model trucks (2022–2026 Peterbilt, Volvo, Freightliner)
