Class A Driver for SYGMA/Portland delivering to customers via tractor trailer on dedicated routes. Responsibilities include unloading products by hand or with equipment, completing paperwork and logs (DOT guidelines), ensuring food safety and sanitary conditions, maintaining customer relationships, and following company standards. Evening dispatch with most routes under 36 hours; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, stock purchase plan, paid holidays, and bi-weekly pay. Requires high school diploma or GED and a valid Class A CDL; on-site, in-person driving with overnight schedule and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED/equivalent
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
- Insurable to operate vehicle
- 1 year tractor trailer driving experience preferred or completion of tractor trailer driving school
