Job Summary
Operate dry van trucks on Midwest regional routes with consistent weekly mileage between 2,200 and 2,600 miles. Perform drop and hook deliveries on approximately 60% of runs while handling solo pay at $0.56 CPM. Complete a structured 4 to 6 week mentorship program featuring revenue-generating freight from the first week, full ELD instruction, and vehicle inspection training. Receive guaranteed weekly pay throughout the training period and earn a $300 orientation bonus. Drive 2022 to 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth trucks equipped with APU units.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- At least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school
- No major violations within the last 3 years
- No DUI within the last 5 years
- Must clear pre-employment drug screening
