Job Summary
Class A Driver in Lubricants Department handling flatbed/step-deck/tanker configurations, responsible for hauling lubricants to/from customer locations, advising customers on product applications, and processing shipment documents. Includes paid training, PTO, comprehensive benefits, sign-on bonus, per diem, and consistent overtime with a 70-80 hour/week schedule in west Texas and southeast New Mexico; location-based work with travel to designated sites and lodging provided. Must possess tanker-endorsed Class A CDL, 2 years of experience, ability to pass DOT/fitness exams and drug tests, strong safety awareness, basic Excel, and ability to work independently or in a team. Compensation starts at $22/hour plus endorsements and raises over the first year, with overtime pay and a $69/day per diem, plus lodging and 401(k) with company match.
Required Qualifications
- Valid class A driver's license with tanker endorsement and clean driving record (required)
- 2 years of class A driving experience (required)
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical or "Fit for Duty" physical exam
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English
- Must satisfactorily pass a drug test and background check
- Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement
- Ability to work long hours in inclement weather with PPE
- Experience hauling hazardous materials in a tanker-trailer (preferred)
- Strong safety background
- Knowledge of basic hand tools
- Basic Microsoft Excel experience
- Ability to adapt effectively in dynamic situations
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Must be able to withstand the physical stress of long hours and travel
