Job Summary
Drive Class A commercial vehicles across regional, nationwide, or OTR routes hauling 80% drop-and-hook freight. Operate newer Volvo and Freightliner trucks equipped with smart TVs and refrigerators, maintaining a clean driving record with no recordable accidents or major moving violations in the past 36 months. Complete weekly mileage targets averaging 2,500 to 3,000 miles while adhering to a schedule that includes 4 days home after 14 days out for OTR drivers. Maintain FMCSA Clearinghouse status and pass a pre-employment drug screen. Join a family-owned carrier serving customers throughout the Midwest, Southeast, and West Coast since 1957.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL A)
- At least 18 months of verifiable commercial driving experience
- No recordable accidents or major moving violations (as defined by 49 CFR §383.5) within the last 36 months
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (per 49 CFR Part 40) and have a clear status in the FMCSA Clearinghouse
