Job Summary
This Class A Driver role involves performing pre/post trip inspections, maintaining truck cleanliness and mechanical readiness, transporting materials to job sites, monitoring fuel, maintaining electronic logs, and communicating via two-way radios. The driver will work with the construction crew on job sites, uphold PPE and safety rules, and perform duties as assigned. Requires travel (OTR), understanding of weights/endorsements/HOS, and at least 1 year of road maintenance experience; authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Required Qualifications
- 1 year of road maintenance experience (preferred)
- Thorough understanding of commercial driver’s laws (weights, endorsements, hours of service, etc.)
- Basic understanding of mathematics as related to weights.
- Travel is required (OTR).
