Job Summary
Conduct regional dry van freight hauling on highways east of I-35 while maintaining compliance with federal safety mandates. Operate commercial tractor-trailers under paid mentorship for 4 to 6 weeks, transitioning to solo status after skills verification. Manage electronic logging devices, perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, and submit accurate logs and condition reports. Return home every two weeks for scheduled rest. Submit applications with a valid Class A CDL, 120+ hours of accredited training, and a clean motor vehicle record. Earn guaranteed weekly pay starting at $650 during training, rising to $1,400 to $1,800 upon full solo status.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active Class A commercial driver's license
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- Certificate showing 120+ hours from an accredited trucking school
- Clean motor vehicle record with no major violations
- Ability to pass the required DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
