Job Summary
As a US FOODS Delivery Truck Driver, you will deliver meats, produce, frozen goods, groceries, dry goods, equipment, and supplies to customer locations on local routes. You will ensure on-time deliveries, unload items with a hand truck, and perform heavy lifting up to 80 pounds. The role involves frequent stops, potential inclement weather work, and occasional cash/check payments collection. Requires CDL A with endorsements and DOT qualification; minimum six months of commercial driving or three months of related foodservice delivery experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, early morning starts, with home every night. Training and competitive compensation apply, with incentives, overtime, and benefits offered.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have valid CDL A issued by the state of residence with endorsements
- DOT qualified
- Minimum six months commercial truck driving experience or three months of foodservice or food and beverage truck delivery experience
