Job Summary
Drive Class A equipment including Dry Van, Doubles, Flatbed, Foodservice/Reefers, and LTL across various cities while completing assignments. Handle hand unloading of at least 45% of trailers and operate in all weather conditions, including snow. Work shifts ranging from 9-14 hours, 5-6 days a week, including night shifts and overnight stays in a sleeper berth for 5-6 nights weekly. Maintain a minimum 4-5 week commitment away from home. Requires 12 months of Class A experience and 12 months of Flatbed experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- 12 months of Class A driving experience
- Must be ok with hand unloading a minimum of 45% of the trailer
- Must be able to work night shift
- Must be comfortable with a Sleeper berth (staying overnight 5-6 nights a week)
- Minimum commitment for traveling is 4-5 weeks away from home
- Shifts will range from 9-14 hours, 5-6 days a week
- Must be comfortable driving in all weather conditions including snow
- No more than 2 moving violations in the previous 3 years OR no more than 1 moving violation and 1 accident in the last 3 years
- 22 years of age or older
Desired Qualifications
- 12 months of Flatbed experience preferred
