Job Summary
Drive 1,700 to 2,300 weekly miles in predictable lanes east of I-35 operating a 2022+ Kenworth or Freightliner automatic tractor with an APU. Manage a routine of 12 days on the road followed by 2 days home, strictly avoiding New York City and 5 boroughs. Earn $1,300 to $1,500 gross weekly, with top drivers exceeding $1,750, plus a $300 paid orientation. Complete a 4- to 6-week one-on-one mentorship program if you are a recent CDL graduate holding a 120-hour certificate, then transition to a solo mileage rate. Maintain a clean driving history and pass a drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with a current DOT medical card
- Minimum age requirement is 21 years old
- At least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience OR recent accredited CDL school graduate
- Clean driving history, dependable personal background, and clear MVR
- Must be able to successfully pass a standard pre-employment drug screening
- Must hold a minimum 120-hour certificate from an approved CDL school
