Job Summary
Operate a Class A CDL truck on year-round refrigerated freight routes across 11 Western states, maintaining consistent weekly mileage between 1,700 and 2,200 miles. Complete a 4-to-6-week paid on-the-job training program with an experienced driver before moving into your own truck and earning full mileage pay. Earn an average weekly gross of $1,200 to $1,500, supplemented by performance-based CPM bonuses and a monthly incentive. Maintain a clean MVR and pass standard pre-employment drug screening, including urine and hair follicle testing. Home every other week for a full 48-hour reset. Recent CDL school graduates with a minimum 120-hour program are eligible for immediate training.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A
- At least 21 years old
- Recent CDL school graduate (120-hour minimum program) OR 6+ months experience
- Clean MVR
- Must be able to pass standard pre-employment drug screening, which includes both urine and hair follicle testing
