Job Summary
Operate Class A CDL dry-van OTR routes across the South, Southeast, and Midwest, primarily no-touch freight with drop-and-hook and occasional live load/unload. Maintain logs with an electronic logging device (ELD) in compliance with DOT regulations; perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; keep open, professional communication with dispatch; ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Requires minimum 18 months verifiable Class A CDL experience, valid CDL, DOT Medical Card, RTD clearance (Clearinghouse complete), and SAP/RTD process as applicable. Full-time W2 position with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits; home time is every other weekend (2 days).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience
- Valid Class A CDL
- DOT Medical Card
- RTD status COMPLETE in Clearinghouse
- SAP/RTD process completion if previously required
- No-touch freight experience preferred; drop-and-hook with occasional live load/unload
- Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Good communication with dispatch
