Job Summary
Class A CDL Truck Driver – Line Driver responsible for safely operating tractor-trailer combinations between terminals or meet points as part of Oak Harbor Freight Lines’ local and regional driving team. Compensation includes mileage pay ($0.68–$0.77 per mile) plus a $0.03 per mile premium for triples, with hourly pay ($28.87–$32.64) and paid wait time. Duties include chaining as needed, adapting to inclement weather, meeting reliability standards, and potential weekend/night availability. Benefits include medical/dental/vision options, 401(k) match, PTO accrual, holiday pay, and a company cell stipend. Requirements include 21+, CDL A with Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements, at least one year of verifiable commercial driving experience, DOT medical certification, clean driving record, basic English proficiency, and ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and dispatch. Office location and remote-work policy is in-person in Boise, ID.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements
