Job Summary
Class A CDL Truck Driver for dedicated USPS routes out of Indianapolis, IN. Drive four available local USPS-focused routes with home daily schedules; routes include a Thursday–Sunday USPS route, a Monday–Friday USPS route, a USPS Mail + South Bend shuttle, and a Local Power-Only shuttle. Responsibilities include running on schedule, communicating with Dispatch and the Post Office about delays, handling rolling mail containers, performing pre/post-trip inspections, and adhering to USPS and DOT safety rules. Pay is hourly with weekly gross estimates ranging from approximately $1,004 to $1,369, plus potential bonuses such as Cash in Lieu of Benefits; a guaranteed year-round base exists on the shuttle route with opportunities to earn more through local pickups. Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A
- Minimum 2 years of recent driving experience
- Clean MVR PSP
- Ability to pass DOT requirements
