Job Summary
Transport freight, loading and unloading products between service centers while performing pre and post trip inspections on the tractor/trailer. Affix correct placards as necessary, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and safely operate a forklift when indicated. Interact with internal customers and adhere to operational procedures in a claims-free manner. Be available for irregular work schedules, extended trips away from the domiciled service center, and alternating shifts. Requires a valid Class A CDL with Hazardous Materials and Tank Endorsement, DOT physical, and at least two years of commercial driving experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 23 years of age
- At least 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Valid Class A CDL with Hazardous Materials and Tank Endorsement
- Valid DOT Physical/Medical Card
- No DUI, Citation/Conviction for Reckless Operations in the past 3 years
- Less than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Basic math skills
- Fluent in English
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Able to pass a drug screen
