Job Summary
Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths on regional dry van routes with 100% no-touch freight, including 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload. Operate within a specialized fleet featuring weekly 34-hour resets and regionalized freight focused on specific areas to maintain consistent home time. Average weekly mileage targets 1,800 miles based on Hours of Service and availability, with pay ranging from $1,000 to $1,100 gross per week. Earn detention pay at $12.50 per hour after the second hour and $100 per day for layovers or breakdowns. Qualify for a performance bonus of up to 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity.
