Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean MVR and PSP report
- Must be at least 23 years old with 2 years of verifiable full-time tractor-trailer experience, OR 21 years old with 1 year of tractor-trailer experience if a certified Truck Driving School graduate or 1 year of equivalent Military driving experience
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Physical requirements including lifting up to 70 pounds
- Experience with loading/unloading, pre- and post-trip inspections, and basic repairs
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD) for DOT compliance
- Strong communication with dispatch and customers
- Ability to complete paperwork (contamination reports, service tickets, maintenance logs)
- Flexible hours up to 60 hours in 7 days or 70 hours in 8 days depending on seasonality
- Familiarity with GPS systems and route planning (preferred)
- Customer service skills
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills
