Job Summary
Conduct 100% touch freight driving for a dedicated retail fleet, handling 5,000+ piece hand-unloads of dry van cargo. Operate around the clock with heavy night driving and tight store backing, averaging 1,000 weekly miles at a rate of $1.10 CPM plus $270 per load unload. Complete mandatory pre-employment drug screenings and maintain a clean MVR with no severe preventable collisions in the last five years. Reside within 50 miles of hiring zones in Maryland, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania while guaranteeing a full 34-hour home weekly restart.
Required Qualifications
- Unexpired Class A CDL
- Active DOT Medical Card
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Reside within 50 miles of designated hiring zip codes across Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania
- Physically fit and comfortable handling repeated 50 to 75 lb lifts
- MVR reflecting no severe preventable collisions over the last 5 years
- Job tenure showing no more than 4 driving employers in the trailing 12 months
- Mandatory completion of pre-employment hair follicle and urine DOT drug screenings
