Job Summary
Class A CDL Over the Road Driver responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials to disposal or recycling facilities. Includes long-distance travel with overnight stays and occasional weekends, pre-trip/post-trip inspections, maintaining digital logs in compliance with DOT regulations, completing manifest paperwork, loading/unloading as needed, securing loads, and effective communication with dispatch, supervisors, and clients. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- Active Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
- Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC)
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis
- Must be willing to work flexible hours within the work week
- Ability to work overtime on a regular basis
