Job Summary
Conduct nationwide over-the-road hauling on modern automatic or manual trucks, specializing in dry van and reefer freight with no-touch operations. Manage daily routes between Spartanburg, SC, and surrounding communities, utilizing 24/7 dispatch support to coordinate loads. Earn performance-based compensation via a 30% line haul percentage or 65 cents per mile, with weekly pay ranging from $1,900 to $2,700 depending on season and effort. Maintain a clean MVR, pass pre-employment drug screening, and adhere to strict safety and compliance standards while enjoying flexible home time and fuel benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- 2+ years verifiable CDL experience
- Clean MVR
- Acceptable PSP report
- Comfortable with modern ELD systems
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Physically fit and prepared for the demands of over-the-road driving
- Valid Class A CDL with no pending suspensions
- Up-to-date valid medical card
- No failed or refused drug/alcohol tests in the last 4 years
- No DWI, DUI, or BAC convictions in the last 4 years
- No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years
- No license suspension for points or unpaid tickets in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past year
- At least 3+ years of verifiable work history (including non-driving time)
- Live in the Spartanburg, SC area and surrounding communities
