Job Summary
Conduct Class A CDL OTR driving for company-owned trucks on nationwide routes from SE to NW and vice versa, with flexibility to stay out for two weeks to 16 days or longer. Manage full and empty miles for per-mile compensation averaging $2,000 - $2,500/week, including extra stop pay, per-diem, and bonuses for good clean inspections. Maintain a safe driving record with no DOT violations, DUIs, or preventable accidents, while possessing at least two years of experience pulling 53' dry vans or refrigerated trailers. Speak English and hold a TWIC card, ensuring compliance with Federal and Florida DOT/HOS rules.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- Current DOT Physical
- No DOT record/preventable accidents in the past 12 months
- No major violation in the past 36 months, this includes reckless driving or careless endangerment
- No more than 3 minor violations during the last 3 years, with no more than 2 violations in the same 12-month span
- No DUI in the past 60 months
- Overall safe driving record
- Must have a TWIC card or obtain it within 30 days of employment
- No positive drug/alcohol tests
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Experience pulling a 53' dry van or refrigerated trailer
- Must speak English
- Knowledgeable of Federal and Florida DOT and HOS rules
