Job Summary
Class A CDL Driver, Non-Crane Certified, delivering and picking up trench-related shoring and plates to and from customer job sites safely and on time. Adheres to DOT, FMCSR, and National Trench Safety policies; maintains HOS logs; secures loads; conducts vehicle inspections; supports yard operations; may assist customers with safe operation of shoring equipment; may provide training and report damages to rental equipment; expects occasional after-hours availability. Must comply with safety regulations, stay compliant with drug and alcohol testing, and keep documentation up to date.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of (2) two years of direct experience driving vehicles that require a Class A Commercial Driver’s License is preferred.
- Current Class A Commercial Driver’s License issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles
- Valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate in accordance with FMCSR 49 CFR 391.41-391.49
- Ability to obtain forklift certification as required
