Job Summary
As a Petroleum Transport Driver, deliver petroleum products to Kwik Trip store locations on a timely basis. Based in 25 locations, drivers log over 20,000 miles daily, are home at the end of each shift, and operate a state-of-the-art fleet with electronic logging and satellite communication. Responsibilities include delivering to stores, completing invoice paperwork, maintaining safety standards, performing spill prevention/minimization/clean-up, providing strong customer service, and participating in bonus/profit-sharing programs. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, boot reimbursement, uniform allowance, and a sign-on bonus. It's a home-daily role with a schedule that varies by shift.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL with combination vehicle, air brakes, general, tanker and hazardous material endorsements
- At least 2 years or more with Class A CDL tractor/trailer combination experience is required
- Good driving record
- High level of customer service
- Operate computerized loading system
- Basic math aptitude including computing percentages
- Willing to learn / perform a variety of job tasks
- Work well with others
- Work with minimal supervision
- Understand / accurately complete invoice paperwork
- Learn / carry out spill prevention / minimization / clean-up techniques
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Live within 60 minutes and 60 miles of Waterloo, IA
