Drive a dedicated late model Peterbilt sleeper tractor as a Class A CDL food-grade tank trailer OTR driver, maintaining the ELD using the company-issued device and safely utilizing the FMCSA Ag Exemption. Operate on typical delivery runs of 2 to 3 days while staying out 10-14 days on the road. Maintain a 3-year MVR with no DUI convictions and hold a Tanker Endorsement. California Freight offers newer Peterbilt sleepers and full-service shop support. Compensation starts at $0.60 per mile for all miles, with an average annual range of $88,000 to $108,000.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- Minimum 22 years old
- Minimum 1 year over-the-road experience AND/OR 1 year local tanker experience
- Tanker Endorsement
- 3 year MVR with no DUI convictions
