Job Summary
Safely transport and deliver products to multiple customer locations while unloading and placing items in tight or lower-level storage areas. Handle refrigerated and perishable items properly to ensure product integrity and complete delivery documentation with accurate records. Provide professional, customer-focused service during each stop and perform continuous physical activity including lifting and pushing loads up to 200 lbs. Work early morning shifts starting between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM with return times varying by route, maintaining reliability and time management across local delivery routes with refrigerated product. Be the face of Ferraro Foods to customers across the food industry while supporting steady work opportunities within transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull product up to 80 lbs throughout the shift
- Ability to push/pull loaded handcarts up to 200 lbs
- Ability to perform continuous physical activity including bending, lifting, and navigating tight delivery spaces (including basements and storage areas)
- Strong reliability and time management
- Comfortable working in early morning or overnight schedules
- Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
