Class A CDL Driver

Drive a tractor-trailer truck combination to transport and deliver goods to and from designated daily routes at the Peoria facility. Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment including gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes to ensure proper working condition. Obeys traffic laws and follows established transportation procedures while loading and unloading trucks, vans, and automobiles. Reports mechanical problems, presents bills and receipts, collects payments, verifies inventory against shipping papers, and turns in received funds. Maintains records such as vehicle logs and billing statements in accordance with regulations. Reads maps and follows written and verbal geographic directions.
