Class A CDL Driver - Paid Training Available

Conduct regional dry van freight operations using a dedicated Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680 with drop & hook service. Manage live loads on select runs while maintaining a clean safety record for bonus eligibility. Operate under a weekly 34-hour reset schedule designed to prioritize on-time home arrival, with the option to extend hours for additional miles. Complete a 4- to 5-week paid mentorship program covering log management and inspection protocols before solo dispatch begins. Earn a CPM range of $0.56 to $0.64 with weekly gross targets of $1,300 to $1,500. Requires a valid Class A CDL, recent graduation or 6 months of seat time, and a clean driving record.
