Job Summary
Conduct no-touch dry van freight on Eastern OTR lanes, covering approximately 2,200–2,500 miles per week with a mix of drop and hook loads. Operate daily and night dispatch cycles using assigned Freightliner or Kenworth units equipped with APUs, while managing ELD, HOS, and inspections. Earn $0.56–$0.65 CPM with weekly pay, stop/layover/breakdown compensation, and a six-month pay increase. New drivers with a Class A CDL and 120 hours of school training may enter a fully paid 4–6 week mentorship program. After 30 days, receive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Age 21+
- Completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school
- No major violations in last 3 years
- No DUI in last 5 years
- Hair follicle and urine drug screening
