Job Summary
Load, secure, and deliver material while performing daily inspections of delivery vehicles per DOT requirements. Maintain all required paperwork, check loads for accuracy, and ensure all loads are safely secured before leaving the yard or job site. Communicate clearly and effectively with employees, management, and customers throughout the route. This contract lumber team in Pataskala, Ohio, offers local runs only with drivers home every night, providing flexible Monday through Friday first-shift opportunities up to $30/hr. Full benefits, profit sharing, and 401K are available for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- CDL A License
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs
- Driving record must meet current DOT regulations
- Ability to work overtime, when needed
- Must be available for Monday – Friday, 1st Shift
- Must be able to work 40hrs/wk
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to learn a Piggyback or Princeton (Forklift)
