Job Summary
Load, secure, and deliver material locally in Brownsburg, IN, ensuring all loads are safely secured before leaving the yard or job site. Perform daily inspections of delivery vehicles per DOT requirements and maintain all necessary paperwork. Check loads for accuracy and communicate clearly with employees, management, and customers. Work Monday through Friday on the first shift with a 40-hour weekly schedule, including flexibility for overtime as needed. Drivers must hold a CDL-A license, have a clean driving record, and possess the ability to operate a forklift. Recent graduates are welcome to join this team offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus and full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- CDL A License
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs.
- Driving record must meet current DOT regulations.
- Must be available for Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (Flexible)
- Must be able to work overtime, when needed
- Must be able to work local runs only
- Must be able to be home every night
- Must be able to load, secure, and deliver material
- Must be able to perform inspections of delivery vehicles, per DOT requirements
- Must be able to maintain all required paperwork
- Must be able to check load for accuracy
- Must be able to ensure all loads are safely secured before leaving yard and or job site
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with employees, management, and customers
- Must have a great attitude and be a team player
- Must be hardworking, responsible, and motivated
- Must be able to learn a Piggyback or Princeton (Forklift)
