Job Summary
Operate Class A CDL vehicles for light local trailer driving in our warehouse during the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3pm-12am, Fri 11am-5pm). Lift, carry, and toss materials up to 55 pounds while frequently standing, walking, twisting, and bending as required. Complete an online defensive driver course within two weeks of employment and register with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse. Maintain DOT compliance through regular physicals and drug screenings. Prioritize attention to detail and efficiency in team or independent settings. HazMat endorsement and forklift certification are preferred qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Ability to pass and stay compliant with DOT requirements, which includes a DOT physical and drug screen
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to pass random DOT drug and alcohol testing
- Register with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association (FMCSA) Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Complete an online defensive driver course within two weeks of employment
- Ability to lift/carry/toss up to 55 pounds
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, twist, bend, lift and additional movement as required by specific jobs
- Ability to work Night Shift: Monday through Thursday 3:00pm to 12:0am, Friday 11:00am to 5:00pm
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Class A commercial driving experience
