Class A CDL Driver

Job Summary
Operate and drive a Class A commercial motor vehicle in compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations; safely load, transport, and unload goods per delivery schedules; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain delivery records and hours of service; communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and teammates; adhere to GEODIS safety protocols and reporting requirements; provide excellent customer service at delivery points; report incidents or delays promptly; other duties as assigned; supports GEODIS programs for Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, Ethics, Compliance, CSR and Sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Class A CDL Driver
- Valid commercial driver’s license
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Completed driver’s road test or possess road test certificate
- Physically qualified to drive a commercial vehicle per 49 CFR Part 391.41
- Must not be disqualified to drive a CMV
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
