Job Summary
Experienced Class A CDL Dump Truck Driver / Equipment Operator expected to run, load, and transfer heavy equipment, perform daily pre/post-trip inspections, and maintain vehicle conditions in a Virginia-based construction environment. Must adhere to commercial driving regulations, be willing to work Saturdays, and possess a valid Class A CDL with prior dump truck experience. The role involves demolition, excavation, and utility site development across Central and Southwest Virginia, with duties including truck maintenance and safety compliance. Candidates should be willing to grow as a leader and contribute to a team-focused culture. Location: Lynchburg, VA (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- Previous dump truck experience
- Must be a Virginia resident
- Must pass drug test/screening
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Must be able to perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Must be able to comply with maintenance and cleanliness guidelines
- Familiarity with roads in the area is preferred
- Running, loading, and transferring of heavy equipment
- Must drive dump truck to destination with knowledge of commercial driving regulations (FMCSA)
