Job Summary
Haul and deliver pipeline materials and equipment to designated right-of-way locations using Class A vehicles with 18-speed automatic and manual transmissions. Operate water and tanker trucks as needed, while securing loads on 53-foot flatbed trailers in accordance with DOT regulations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate driver logs, and ensure compliance with FMCSA and DOT requirements. Work closely with field supervisors and logistics coordinators to ensure timely and safe deliveries in rugged terrain and extreme weather conditions. Must possess a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record and experience loading, strapping, and securing pipe.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- Proficient with 18-speed transmissions (automatic & manual shifting required)
- Flatbed experience required – including loading, strapping, and securing pipe or similar material
- Must pass DOT drug screen and physical
- Able to work in outdoor environments, sometimes in extreme weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Tanker, Water Truck or Hazmat endorsement (preferred)
- Experience hauling over rough terrain, ROW access roads, and remote work sites
- Forklift or heavy equipment operation experience is a plus
- Previous pipeline, oilfield, or construction logistics experience
