Job Summary
Deliver dedicated retail freight from West Jefferson, OH to stores in downtown Chicago and surrounding suburbs, utilizing automatic trucks hauling 28' and 53' pre-loaded reefers. Perform majority of store unloads with driver observation, targeting inner-city locations equipped with lift-gates for additional load payouts. Operate during overnight dispatch windows starting at 2100 and conclude at 1200, maintaining a schedule of 2–3 days home weekly with a 34-hour reset. Cover approximately 2,030 miles weekly while ensuring trucks are parked at safe, secured locations. No alcohol is hauled on these routes.
Required Qualifications
- Active Class A CDL
- 3+ months tractor-trailer experience in last 36 months
- Must pass DOT physical
- Must pass hair drug screen
- Must pass urine drug screen
