Job Summary
Deliver and collect LCL freight across Auckland, ensuring loads are correctly secured and compliant with NZTA regulations. Complete daily pre-start and post-trip vehicle checks, maintain the truck in clean roadworthy condition, and accurately finish delivery paperwork using apps like Allotrac. Report any damages or faults promptly while working closely with dispatch. Requires a current Class 4 licence, Dangerous Goods endorsement, and at least three years driving heavy rigid vehicles. Dayshift role with good knowledge of Auckland metro routes.
Required Qualifications
- Class 4 licence (current)
- Dangerous Goods endorsement
- Solid knowledge of the NZ Road Code and Heavy Vehicle Loading Code
- Good knowledge of Auckland metro routes
- Safety-first mindset with high attention to detail
- Comfortable using mobile apps and completing digital paperwork
- Previous experience driving curtain sider
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years' experience driving heavy rigid vehicles (18,000kg+)
- Experience with LCL freight
