Job Summary
HGV Driver position with 4 on/4 off shifts (0600-1800) for 15–18 tonne duties in a secure catering-ground handling environment. Responsibilities include driving company liveried vehicles, pre-use vehicle checks, loading/unloading catering uplifts to aircraft, liaising with flight crew, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, adhering to Road Traffic Acts and airport by-laws, and performing additional warehouse duties as needed. Requires valid HGV CAT C licence, digital tachograph card, Driver CPC, and eligibility to work in the UK with CRC and 5 years of referencing history. In-house training and development, benefits include meals, uniform, sick pay, pension, holiday, and referral bonuses. Start dates in March; regular shifts with 4 on 4 off pattern and overtime at 1.5x.
Required Qualifications
- Valid clean HGV CAT C Driving Licence
- Digital Tachograph knowledge and possession of a digital tachograph card
- Driver CPC qualification essential
- CRC (Criminal Record Check)
- Right to work in the UK
- 5 years of checkable referencing history
