Job Summary
Conduct general labouring duties including site cleaning, sweeping, hosing, shovelling, and operating small mobile plant and forklift trucks. Perform loading and unloading tasks, undertake decorating work such as painting and minor repairs, and assist with portering dangerous substances. Drive Class 2 vehicles around the site and complete documentation for planned maintenance. Operate Gully Sucker and Road Sweeper equipment after training. Maintain a safe environment for all users and assemble furniture or install safety equipment as directed. Available for rotating shift patterns covering full days from Monday to Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Experience labouring & working out doors
- Experience in handyman work, using hardware tools and electrical equipment
- A basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
- Ability to communicate in a work environment within a team
- Experience of Labouring in either an industrial or building and civil engineering environment
- A full driving licence and Class 2 license is essential
- You must be available to work on a rotating shift pattern, full day time hours between the days of Monday - Sunday
