Job Summary
Conduct flatdeck and dry van hauls on Canada and U.S. lanes between Edmonton and cross-border locations. Operate your own highway tractor with personal securement equipment, maintaining a clean driver's abstract and safety-first approach. Run flexible day and night shifts while adhering to customer site requirements, including being clean-shaven for specific pickups. Bring a valid Class 1A license with at least two years highway experience and one year flat/step deck history. Forklift skills and border crossing ability are assets. Earn competitive mileage-based pay with all miles loaded and empty, plus hiring and referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Safety-first approach to all job duties
- Valid Class 1A Driver's License
- Minimum 2 years highway driving experience
- At least 1 year flat/step deck experience
- Willingness to be clean-shaven for customer site access
- Flexibility to run both day and night shifts
- A clean driver's abstract (no suspensions)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
