Job Summary
Operate a Class 1 linehaul truck on any Manitoulin run within the Western Canadian network, covering five-day shifts that include weekends. Perform pre and post-trip equipment checks and complete dock duties as required. Maintain compliance with contract standards and Hours of Service regulations while holding current ICBC insurance. Provide a criminal record check, driver's abstract, and two work-related supervisor references. Relocate to Kamloops for this non-designated position. Mileage-based revenue and a discounted fuel program are included. Deck experience and TDG certification are assets.
Required Qualifications
- Class 1 license
- 1 year of experience
- Good understanding of the hours of Service regulations
- Must be able to provide a criminal record check
- Must be able to provide a driver's abstract
- Must be able to provide 2 work-related supervisor references
- Must have current ICBC insurance
- MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO KAMLOOPS
