Job Summary
Operate Class 1 LGV vehicles in the biomass fuel supply chain, delivering two million tonnes of fuel to Energy Recovery Facilities across the UK. Adhere strictly to Drivers' Hours Regulations, Working Time Directive, and company safety standards while maintaining professional vehicle care. Communicate efficiently with Planners and Operations to ensure reliable delivery to 650,000 UK homes. Work Monday to Friday at the Rotherham depot, utilizing Scania R-series and Volvo FH trucks with full DCPC certification training provided.
Required Qualifications
- LGV C+E (Class 1) licence (max 6 penalty points)
- Good UK road network knowledge
- Understanding of EU Drivers' Hours & Working Time Directive
- Valid DQC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Live within 1 hour of the depot
