Job Summary
Transport clothing and homeware products to stores in the South East, including trunk runs, while maintaining a Safety First mindset. Operate on a 5 days out of 7 schedule with 42-hour weeks, alternating between PM shifts (10:00–17:30) and AM shifts (03:00–09:59). Receive two days of training from a Driver Development Coach and align with a Manager for ongoing support.
Required Qualifications
- Class 1 C+E license holders
- CPC card
- Minimum of 1 year Class 1 HGV driving experience
- coupling and uncoupling of trailers
- Maximum of 6 points on license
- no penalty points
- no convictions
- Adopt a 'Safety First' mindset
- All shifts operate on a 5 days out of 7
- 2 full weekends in 10
- some other weekend days
- PM shift starts between 10:00 and 17:30
- 42 hours per week
- AM shift starts between 03:00 and 09:59
- 42 hours per week
