Job Summary
The Harrisburg Production Technician role involves promoting life change by developing relationships and leading volunteers to create excellent environments through the preparation, maintenance, and operation of audio, video, and lighting systems. Key responsibilities include building a culture of growth, recruiting and training volunteers, troubleshooting technical issues, and preparing the auditorium for weekend gatherings. Candidates must demonstrate innovative leadership, decision-making abilities in live productions, and possess physical aptitude for setting up equipment. Personal qualifications include spiritual growth alignment and a commitment to LCBC's mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- Innovative and self-leading
- Ability to make decisions in time-sensitive, live productions
- Ongoing physical ability to setup/teardown equipment, climb ladders, and lift equipment overhead
- Ability to recruit, train and lead people
- Can articulate an identifiable salvation experience
- Lives out a pattern of spiritual development
- Regular attendance and participation at LCBC
- Supports LCBC’s mission and values
- Displays a winning attitude and spirit of cooperation
- Willingness to serve on a team
- Desire to grow, develop, and mature spiritually and professionally
