Job Summary
Lead beauty counter team at Belk SouthPark Mall to deliver personalized client relationships and beauty experiences in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. Responsibilities include driving sales and promotions, coaching and onboarding associates, executing events and promotions, leveraging clienteling tools for a seamless omnichannel experience, managing inventory and merchandising, ensuring excellent customer service, and collaborating with store leadership to optimize staffing and performance. Requires 1+ years of retail experience, comfort with makeup application and skincare services, and maintaining relevant professional licenses/certifications as required by state/local boards. This is an hourly position with monthly bonus eligibility; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company directives while fostering an inclusive, high-performance store culture.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience
- associates must maintain all required professional licenses and certifications, including any state-specific demonstrator or cosmetology licenses, as required by applicable state and local regulatory boards
