Job Summary
Manage four to ten Claims Teams, overseeing loss and expense management, employee development, succession planning, and performance measurements. Ensure all claims meet quality and regulatory requirements by reviewing files, monitoring audits, and implementing corrective actions. Recruit staff, provide coaching, and delegate authority to align with corporate goals. Prepare reports on performance, cost, and resource allocation while communicating unit strategies to internal and external customers. Occasional travel required for meetings; starting salary $120,500–$160,800 with incentive program eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4-6 years Management/Supervisory
- Advanced organizational and planning skills
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Advance interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead change
- Valid Driver's License
- acceptable Department of Motor Vehicles record
- minimum liability insurance - Issued by State
- Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter - Insurance Institute of America
