Required Qualifications
- Experience of working with domestic and commercial Insurance claims, involving decision making
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Previous phone and written based customer service experience
- Ability to meet specific deadlines and manage workloads
- A committed and flexible approach, whilst taking accountability for own actions
- Good attention to detail and understanding of the importance of accurate and thorough data capture
- Providing support, technical knowledge and acting as a referral point
Desired Qualifications
- Progression towards ACII
- Experience dealing with large complex claims
- Experience of managing and handling referrals from Delegated Authorities
