Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day operational activities of the Claims Team at Finpro, overseeing data delivery, MI reporting, and SLA achievement. Engage confidently with key stakeholders and clients to build strong relationships while managing and prioritizing individual and team workloads to meet deadlines. Conduct regular one-to-one meetings to provide coaching, feedback, and support for individual development. Drive team performance to achieve quality, compliance, productivity, and customer service targets through effective leadership and process optimization. Ensure the team consistently meets business objectives by championing innovation using Marsh Risk's suite of tools, including AI solutions and automation technology.
Required Qualifications
- Proven people management experience
- Ability to motivate and develop others
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to actively listen, understand team needs, and provide appropriate guidance and support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Understanding of data delivery processes
- Ability to utilise data-driven insights
- Requirement to work from the office at least three days per week
- Ability to be in local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week
